Ingredients for a normal large pie :
- 800 gr of rhubarb
-160 gr of sugar
- 60 gr of flour
- 3 eggs
- 150 gr of heavy cream
- Vanilla (2/3 of the pot) ---------------------------------------------------------->
Ingredients for lot's of small pie as this recipe : divise all per 3
( 1 ) : Cut the rhubarb to have sections of ~ 1cm
( 2 ) : Make the rhubarb to disgorge in sugar for at least 2 hours
( 3 ) 2 or more hours later, put some parchment paper (??? "papier sulfurisée") in the cake pan
( 4 ) Fill it with the rhubarb :
( 6 ) Beat well with a range
( 7 ) Pour over the rhubarb
( 8 ) ~40 mn in the oven at th 7
( 9 ) Cool the cake
( 10 ) Enjoy :o)
